Mr. Pandurang B. Dandawate (B.E. Civil)

Non-Executive Director, Chief Promoter, Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd.

A seasoned infrastructure professional for over 23 years, Mr. Pandurang Dandawate is a technical stalwart in the highway sector. He worked with Maharashtra PWD and MSRDC for 19 years in roads, bridges, tolls and BOT projects, while also playing a key role in formulating and implementing BOT policy. His work with the MSRDC encompasses construction of flyovers in Mumbai, maintenance, toll collection works, IRDP projects, and ROB projects.

With persistent self-growth and multi-faceted experience, he started Dhruv in 2003. His technical and managerial finesse has resulted in imbibing the core of public sector into Dhruv’s ethos, and bridging the gap between the public and private sectors. His most important contribution was the stratagem of the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.

As an infrastructure design expert, he strives to better the infrastructure game in India. His dynamism, leadership skills, versatile attitude and consistent efforts have given Dhruv a conducive environment to grow and flourish. He clubbed technology and design to create new organisational goals for Dhruv. He believes that establishing transparency and promoting a flow of business between them will benefit the infrastructure of India as a whole.

Despite the many milestones achieved, he remains grounded and optimistic. His desire to bring about a revolution in the Infrastructure sector drives him to greater heights of success.

Mrs. Tanvi Tejas Auti (B.E. Civil, MBA Finance)

After 3 years of experience as a Trainee Engineer in the infrastructure field with Hiranandani Constructions and Simplex Infrastructure Ltd, Tanvi took over the reigns of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd. in (year). As MD, she leads the Operations, Finance and Business Development departments with a high-performance team of more than 350. She has completed several complex projects involving large stakeholders. Setting up the HR department, introducing financial management policies, and incorporating emerging technologies are some crucial measures implemented under her direction.

After 5 years of experience as a Trainee Engineer in the infrastructure field with Hiranandani Constructions and Simplex Infrastructure Ltd, Tanvi took over the reigns of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd. in (year). As MD, she leads the Operations, Finance and Business Development departments with a high-performance team of more than 350. She has completed several complex projects involving large stakeholders. Setting up the HR department, introducing financial management policies, and incorporating emerging technologies are some crucial measures implemented under her direction.

Her focus on the core values of strategic planning added new dimensions to the business and led to a doubled turnover in the last two years, accelerating the profits. Launching the IPO in 2018 in coordination with Investment Bankers, Investors, Company Secretary, Chartered Accountants and all stakeholders, she made it a grand success! It was soon oversubscribed 2.54 times.

Managing Director, Dhruv Consultancy Services

A graduate in Home Science with a an experience of 22 years, Mrs. Jayashri is the proprietor of Tanvi Enterprises, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai (est. 1998) and Tanvi Motor Driving School (est. 2005). Her company has rendered quick training and timely licenses to about 1000 people.

She is actively involved in administrative activities at Dhruv Consultancy Services while also offering financial advisory. She oversees HR-related activities like the recruitment process, employee appraisals, financial investments, loans and looks after the welfare of the employees.

She is an active social worker who believes in giving back to the community, and currently presides over the Tanvi Samajik, Shaikshanik, Sanskrutik & Vaidyakiya Trusts in Mumbai. Her contribution over the years has received recognition and awards too. She has also been appointed the Senior Executive Officer of the Vatsalya Trust Local Committee.

Sudhir Arjun Shringare

Independent Director

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University and is a qualified chartered accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also successfully completed an advanced programme in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. With more than 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing and taxation, he was appointed as an Independent Director at Dhruv in 2018.

Mr. Saleem Wadgaonkar

Independent Director

Mr. Wadgaonkar holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has served the Government of Maharashtra (GOM), in different capacities & has a rich experience of more than 37 years in the Infrastructure Segment. His last cadre was as Sub-Divisional Officer with GOM.

Mr. Wadgaonkar adds value to the Board by his contribution through Strategic Thinking, Planning, Problem Solving, Decision Making, which are very crucial in the Infrastructure Segment.

Mr. Ashokkumar Nagesh Katte

Independent Director

Mr. Ashokkumar Nagesh Katte holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He also cleared his LLB from Bombay University in year 1983 as his major subjects included General Laws. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1988. His experience in Statutory Audits, Income Tax Audit, and audits of Branch of Public Sector Banks and cooperative banks shall help the Board towards the guidance in its
business operations & future endeavors.

Mr. Milind has 30+ years of experience in the infrastructure Industry, and is certified as a Chartered Valuer (Category - Immovable Property) by the Indian Institution of Valuers (India). He is an affiliated Life member of the Indian Institute of Bridge Engineers as well as the Indian Road Congress.

A retired Executive Engineer from the Public Works Department, Government of Maharashtra, he has worked in areas like Beed, Pune, Barshi, Akkalkot, Mumbai, Alibag, Mahad and Solapur. He has completed major projects of Degaon Bridge Solapur, Bedki Bridge Barshi, Sangvi Bridge Akkalkot, Periodic renewals of Mumbai Pune section, 6-laning of Sion Panvel Highway from BARC to Kalamboli, Construction of Alibag-Pen-Khopoli Road, two creek bridges at Pen, Vadkhal to Palm Beach Road, Dand Apta and Kon Sawala Road, and Quality Control Works at PWD.

He joined Dhruv Consultancy in 2014 as the Joint Managing Director and since then has been responsible for all project operations in the company. He played an active role in the successful completion of the Savitri River Bridge in a record period of 165 days.

Mr. Sharadchandra Kamalakar Chaphalkar

Independent Director

Mr. Chaphalkar has experience of more than three decades in a leading defence entity in India with significant exposure in training and skill development and possesses expertise in functions like the development of customized group training programs, development of training manuals and evaluation of organizational performance.

Expert areas of Mr. Chaphalkar cover Physics and Consumer Electronics Industrial Engineering, and advanced manufacturing Processes. He is B Sc (Physics), BSc (Applied) and a Graduate in Industrial Engineering.
